We replaced the existing front lawn with artificial turf, constructed a stacked stone wall, added some flagstone walkways, and complemented it with attractive plants, ground cover mulch, and cobblestone.
We revived this rental home with a new yard comprised of new irrigation, Marathon sod and simple low maintenance plants. The irrigation system uses 30% more efficient sprinkler heads to conserve water.
We installed a new interlocking paver patio that really made this outdoor area more inviting and a larger space for entertaining. We accented the patio with some simple plants to soften up the rear fence.

The landscaping for this La Jolla beach home consisted of a new brick entranceway patio, a backyard flagstone patio, a “secret garden”, numerous plants, a bluestone walkway, complete irrigation, drainage, and copper landscape lighting fixtures.
For this project, we were able to upgrade the curb appeal for this home through the installation of a new irrigation system, Marathon sod, a dry creek bed, plants and low voltage lighting.
This job entailed the installation of outdoor lighting and drought tolerant plants and succulents. We also constructed an outdoor patio using flagstone.
This project entailed removal of the old lawn, drip irrigation installation as well as plant and tree installation. In an effort to keep this yard water efficient and low maintenance, the majority of plants are drought tolerant. We also installed the decorative rock throughout to include flagstone path.

The challenge for this project was taking an unusable slope behind the pool area and turning it into a usable space. We tiered the hillside with a series of 6 retaining walls to allow for the planting of a hedges, citrus trees, blueberry bushes as well as decorative flowers.
